You can customize the install by running the setup with the admin flag.
Setup.exe /admin
A customization wizard will open where you can modify your settings.
Adding a setup property of SETUP_REBOOT = Never will prevent reboots during install
I copy the msp file to the root directory of the install media
Setup command is setup.exe /adminfile nameoffile.msp
